Kerri King is a Senior Food Technologist at Food Tech Solutions, based on the Sunshine Coast. Kerri works with small, medium or large companies to assist with product development and innovation, quality, labelling and claims, research, shelf life assessment and regulatory compliance. Kerri has worked in the food industry for the past 24 years as a research and technical leader experienced in executing projects from conception to launch. She has been based on the Sunshine Coast since commencing work at Gourmet Garden in 2001. Kerri has completed a research Masters of Applied Science at University of Queensland, Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology, Bachelor of Business in International Business and a Specialisation in Mandarin as well as a Graduate Diploma in Learning.

Melissa Parry is a Senior Microbiologist with JL Labs Pty Ltd, JL Labs are a NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accredited Food & Microbiological Testing Laboratory, servicing food producers and manufacturers from Central QLD to Northern NSW.
They specialise in helping local food manufacturers and producers create and maintain the quality of their products and manufacturing practices by carrying out finished and packed product testing, shelf life trials and validation, food allergen testing, process monitoring for routine and new lines, cleaning validation and verification.
JL Labs can also assist with microbiological analysis of water quality, environmental swabs and air testing.
They have 3 experienced Microbiologists with over 40+ years combined experience in large production sites on the Sunshine Coast.
